Mediation Hub is a divorce and commercial mediation firm based in Cape Town, owned and run by the accredited mediator and advocate Etiene van Wyk.
We went for a clean, sophisticated look that focused on their service offering throughout their home page to increase conversions.
We added a video area to showcase previous interviews with Mediation Hub CEO Etiene van Wyk. The videos will give users some insight into the knowledge and skill of the Mediation Hub team.
Because it’s common for users to surf the website reading through the content to get more information about their current situation, we added contact options on most pages to make it easier for users to contact Mediation Hub should they want to.
Etiene needs a lot of information to be an effective mediator. Thus we added a form asking all the necessary questions Etiene usually has to ask before the start of the mediation session. This form saves time and makes it easier for the Mediation Hub’s clients to submit their information, eliminating the need for an information sheet at the mediation appointment.
