BLG Mediation is a mediation firm founded by Thando Tsetsewa. Who is an admitted attorney, notary public, and accredited mediator with a post-graduate LLB Degree and a BA Degree.
Some noteworthy features of BLG mediation are the information sheet which allows Thando to link customers to this information sheet. Thando then has all the necessary information required to start the divorce mediation.
The other noteworthy feature is the ability for users to download valuable information as PDF documents. Adding a download option again makes things easier for Thando and users. Clients don’t have to contact Thando to get this information during the mediation process because it’s available on the website.
We also implemented several areas for customers to contact Thando. Multiple contact forms make it much easier for customers to contact BLG mediation, which in return improves conversion rates.
